A scorched-earth policy is a military strategy where the goal is to destroy anything that might be useful to the enemy while the enemy is going through or running away from a place. Any useful things that could be used by the enemy may be targeted, for example food sources, water supplies, transportation, communications, industrial resources, and even the local people themselves. The scorched earth policy is exactly what Fama and Wagner are doing in Azawad, targeting an entire civilian population in a genocide, by forcing them to leave their ancestral land and to force them to flee they kill and burn and destroy, both people, animals and trees.
They show no mercy whatsoever and they cut the heads of people everywhere, cut the heads of animals too, they steal meat, some of them even resort to cannibalism… making foreign nationals overseas as far as South America, wonder if they are so starved and in the absence of protein that they become like a barbaric zombie horde engaging in pagan rituals for free protein.
They steal everything in homes and shops, they burn houses and trees, the spare not even the nature, hating God´s creation.
They attack innocent civilians with drones, including civilians from other countries if they happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, or even just because. They make no difference between the terrorists, the revolutionaries, the civilians, they target everything that moves and everything that doesn´t move, and for the civilians, they create an environment of pure terror. They do everything they can do to try to erase everything living in Azawad.
The scorched earth policy! No need to ask if this is the true face of evil. Let´s take a look at what they do:

And while they go around in poor villages in Azawad and do these things and more, they call the Azawad freedom fighters and the entire Azawad population for “terrorists”, their hypocrisy stinks all the way to the ends of the earth and to God above.

This is the development carried out by the Malian militias and the Russian army. They burn everything, green and dry.
The Azawadi people have been suffering for over 60 years, while silence pervades the region.
