This Amazigh demonstration is a awareness raiser and protest against the injusties these people have to suffer. The Azawadian people and the Kabyles are confronted with injustice, racism and marginalizations and criminial violence. It´s a calculated genocide of civilians in Azawad by the Malian army and the Wagner’s mercenaries and arrests and arbitrary death sentences of Kabyles by Algerian injustice. This oppression and genocide is taking place daily while the world I silent.
Faced with this urgent and critical situation the Kabyle and Tuareg peoples of Azawad in particular, Amazigh organizations and activists took the initiative of an urgent call for a major march in Paris on the occasion of Yennayer, Amazigh New Year 2974-2024.
There has been a call to join this march on the social medias and the march was well attended. We show here an array of pictures of this march for freedom for the Amazigh people in general and the Kabyles, and the Tuaregs in Azawad suffering genocide, in particular.
