Take a look at these two pictures. The first picture are three Tuaregs protesting in Paris against the ethnic genocide on the civilian population in Azawad (northern Mali) by the Malian military junta and the Russian Africa Corps/Wagner mercenaries. They are called “terrorists” by the Malian junta and its supporters. Why? because they protest against genocide, atrocities against civilians and human rights violations.
In the second picture is the cut off body parts, (head, arms and legs) of a young Tuareg man in Azawad, placed in the sand to form the Nazi swastika. He and three other people were brutally decapitated without any trial or anything, in front of the villagers in Zarho on the 2026-06-23.
That man was an unarmed civilian, decapitated and dismembered by the Russian mercenaries in complicit with the Malian army Fama. For the first time the Nazi symbol appears in Mali, a colonial state which claims to be a “terrorist fighter”.
One word is enough as caption for this picture – who is the terrorist??
After that monstrous performance involving the body of the young Tuareg man, killed without any concrete charge and vilified after death by Nazi sympathizers, – who still dares to claim that the Azawad Liberation Front, FLA, are the terrorists?
Is it the FLA acting like the terrorist human beasts of yesterday in Zarho? Is the FLA the true terrorist group?!
Of course not.
That is convenient rhetoric used to frame barbarism as a “counter-terrorism struggle,” but it is a false narrative.
Nazism is terrorism. The Wagner Group (even when disguised under a different name and status) is the major terrorist force operating in Africa. Is anyone who persists in this narrative “Azawad Liberation Front, FLA, is a terrorist group” prepared to become a carbon copy of Nazis?
It was Russia’s ferocious greed, worthy of a pack of starving tigers, for the gold and other natural resources of the Indigenous territory known as Azawad that disrupted the negotiations between Mali and the Azawad independence fighters.
A conflict and negotiations that had endured from 1960 to 2023, based on the pursuit of dialogue and diplomacy most of the time, even though the marginalization and oppression by Mali on the people of Azawad was ongoing, but at least without any accusation of terrorism.
Yes. The cause of Azawad’s independence had *never* been labeled “terrorism” by any Malian government, nor by other nations or the UN – until Russia entered the Sahel, driven by the scent of gold.
Hitler’s hunger was for Jewish capital. Is history repeating itself in Africa, because of gold? The Nazi Afrika Korps. A Russian Africa Corps.
Could it be a coincidence? Yesterday’s swastika raises questions.
Assimi Goïta simply yielded to the greed of the Wagner Group as it seems, – whose methods are the very definition of terrorism (which is why the group is officially classified as a terrorist organization in several countries) – in exchange for consolidating his grip on power indefinitely, at any cost.
Yet, this inversion of values is already recognized by many nations. That is why the Azawad Liberation Front, FLA, remains free of terrorism accusations in the rest of the world.
And that terrorist state, thanks to its brutal, savages allies, will be held accountable for its war crimes and crimes against humanity.
No tyrant in human history has ever escaped human and divine justice; in one way or another, brutes unworthy of being treated as human beings always meet a tragic end.
