MAFIA METHODS
Wagner executed two young men, their names were “Omar Ag Hamani” and “Ibrahim Ag Hamani”, they were killed along with a third Fulani in the village of “Inadjatfane” in the Arbanda region (a region south of the Niger River) and a number of people were arrested, including the village chief, who had a voice message circulated last week asking his villagers to raise the amount Wagner had demanded for his release.
This is nothing but classic mafia methods used by Wagner, asking for money to release kidnapped villagers, innocent and poor civilian people.
Also that day, a young Tuareg man was killed by the Malian army and Wagner, 20 km from Agalhok. He was shot in front of his house.
