We know that greed for the natural recources of the land and that racism against Azawadians with lighter skin are two reasons for the Malian authorities (since the 60s) to perform a genocide against the touaregs, peuhls, arabs and songhais of Azawad.
But there seems to be a sinister third reason; human organ traffic, performed by the PMC Wagner Group in collaboration with elements of the Malian governement. This was discovered in october – 23, but has not come to the knowledge of the public until quite recently.

A reliable source, well-informed about the work of the Ministry of Defense system, has leaked that Minister Sadio Camara is coordinating with the PMC Wagner group for the international trafficking of human organs taken from victims in the north and center of the country.
In fact, human trafficking initially began without the knowledge of the transitional authorities. It was precisely in mid-October 2023 that the Malian intelligence service discovered what the unilateral behavior of the Russian partner was hiding in its bloodthirsty attacks against populations “considered” close to terrorist and independence groups.
Following internal investigations, negotiations took place at the top of the pyramid with the managers of the Wagner group.
Thus, the Minister of Defense and his counterpart at the head of the intelligence service seized the opportunity to demand 20% of the proceeds from the said trafficking on all organs taken from victims in Mali.
