“Save the Tuaregs” support for the liberation of Azawad from Brazil.
According to the latest press release from the CSP_DPA, it is stated that “The CSP-DPA wishes to clarify that their forces on a mission to protect displaced civilian populations settled in Tinzawatine were deliberately attacked and defended themselves against a horde of Russian mercenaries from the Wagner group accompanied by elements of the army of the Malian military junta.”
The CSP-DPA is surprised that countries and organizations sufficiently immersed in the political issue that opposes the central authorities in Bamako, for having been members of the international mediation within the framework of the expired Agreement resulting from the Algiers process, display such ignorance or such denial of reality to the point of describing the legitimate forces as “terrorists.”
There has recently been an increase in accusations by Mali (and the AES) of the separatists of Azawad being described as “terrorists”, which is false and misleading. They have even gone so far as to break off diplomatic relations with Ukraine, which they now call a “terrorist state” because of its pro-Azawad attitude, with which they have a common enemy.
It is also worth noting that it was Mali that broke the Algiers Peace Agreement, signed in 2015. The text has been violated by Mali on several occasions since its signing. The Malian putschist junta declared the end of the 2015 Algiers Agreement with the Azawad separatists on January 25, 2024. This clearly shows that they are not interested in finding a peaceful solution.
They want a genocide of the people of Azawad, of everyone and all forms of life in Azawad.
So what is the difference between a separatist and a terrorist?
TERRORISM AND SEPARATISM ARE DIFFERENT CONCEPTS
Nationalist separatism refers to political movements that seek to separate a territory from a state. Terrorism involves the use of violence to achieve certain political goals. Nationalist separatism does not inherently lead to terrorism, as there is no direct cause and effect between the two. Terrorist motivations can range from the pursuit of a mission inherited from previous generations to religious fundamentalism.
SEPARATISM IS THE DESIRE FOR INDEPENDENCE AND SELF-DETERMINATION OF NATIONAL OR ETHNIC GROUPS.
It usually involves a claim to a specific territory and the intention to secede from a larger state. There are several well-known examples of separatist movements in the world, including Basque separatism in Spain, Kurdish separatism in Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Syria, Tamil separatism in Sri Lanka, Tuareg separatism in Azawad/Mali and Niger, Quebec separatism in Canada, etc.
Example: The Azawad fighters and the Azawadian people want to reclaim their ancestral land and separate it from Mali with which, for 60 years, they have received nothing but marginalization, oppression and cruel genocide targeted against the civilian population. Even to the point of cannibalism by the Malian army. And secondly, with whom they have never had anything in common, in terms of culture, religion, way of life, etc.
THEY WERE FORCED TOGETHER IN A “MARRIAGE” AGAINST THEIR WILL BY FRANCE AFTER COLONIALIZATION, WHEN FRANCE CREATED THE STATE OF MALI. (AMONG OTHER THINGS) CREATING ARTIFICIAL BORDERS DIVIDING THE TERRITORY OF AZAWAD INTO FIVE STATES WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION TO THE FACT THAT PEOPLE LIVE THERE, AND BY DIVIDING THE TERRITORY, PUTTING TOGETHER PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT CULTURES, RELIGIONS AND LIFESTYLES.
OF COURSE THE TOUAREGS REBELLED!!
The Azawadian separatists do not go around terrorizing and killing civilians like the Malian army and the Wagners do. The CSP_PDA are wrongly defined by some, as “terrorists”, but in reality they are separatists who fight for a legal cause. They are revolutionaries who do not fight, unlike Wagner for money, they only fight for the total independence of the State of Azawad.
TERRORISM IS “ORGANIZED VIOLENCE THAT DELIBERATELY TARGETS CIVILIANS AND AIMS TO IGNITE FEAR IN A POPULATION FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES”
Terrorism is an act of violence intentionally perpetrated against non-combatant civilians in order to advance an ideological, religious or political objective – such as genocide.
Like the genocide that Mali with the help of Wagner (described as terrorist by some countries) commits against unarmed civilians in Azawad, supported by the AES, and with the help of Turkey via the use of Turkish drones killing entire families.
THE EVIDENCE IS ALWAYS IN THE RESULT.
What is the result of the Azawadian army?
They are fighting for a noble and legal cause. They are trying to save the civilian populations from the massacre only because they are Azawadians. They fight against genocide and racism, they fight against the marginalization and oppression of their people. They do not murder civilian populations.
What is the result of Mali (this state once created by France with stolen lands)
They kill innocent civilians under the cover of calling them “terrorists”, they burn their homes and lands, poison their animals, kill the elderly, the sick, women and children, arrest teenagers who did nothing but walk in the street in front of their homes, and then kill them by beheading them or shooting them, they burn people alive, kill people with drones, destroy their businesses and livelihoods and even eat them (litterally). These crimes, which have recently been released and depicted in gruesome videos of dismemberment of corpses and real cannibalism, are being perpetrated by FAMa fighters in Mali (and also fighters in Burkina Faso), and they themselves have released the videos.
In short, it is a genocide, targeting the Tuaregs, Fulanis, Arabs and other Azawadians.
So the question is: who is the real terrorist? Who is terrorizing people? Who is killing unarmed civilians?
The Malian authorities consider the Azawad army being a terrorist movement.
Update: the Azawad army and the other resistance groups are now formed into one unity the FLA.
But ask yourself this question: does the FLA go around and kill civilians, animals and burn trees and houses? or does the Fama and Wagner go around and kill civilians, animals and burn trees and houses?
What are their agendas?
FLA – Freedom and independence of Azawad.
Mali – Ethnic genocide of the Azawadian people.
Wagner – They kill for money, they dont care about who.To them its just a business and they like to use cruel and brutal methods. They are there to rob Africa of its recources and serve junta regimes like the one in Mali and many other things.
Of course its a bit simplified, there are traitors, there are those who dare not show support for Azawad because they are afraid of getting killed and etc. And then there are all those real terrorist groups creating both fear and chaos in the region. But if you take a look at the big scheme of things, its clear that the FLA are not any terrorists, they are separatists.
