WAS IT POSSIBLE TO ESTABLISH A STATE CALLED AZAWAD SINCE 1958?

Was it possible to establish a state called Azawad since 1958? Yes, it was absolutely possible. 1958 was a pivotal moment for all of Africa, as many countries were liberated from colonialism.
