To those who ask for a solution in Bamako, it’s like running away from thieves to take shelter of those who sent them!
Mali has never been honest with Azawad, never sought a just solution to our issue, but used deception, false promises, repression, and then unleashed mercenaries and terrorism to destroy our people and our land. Anyone who bets on Bamako today is like handing himself over to the executioner with his own hands, thinking that he will get justice from a regime that has known nothing but treachery and brutality.
We have seen how Mali used some Azawad people who thought that integration with it would be a protection for them, but saw in them only tools to implement its repressive policies, until they abandoned them after their role was over. They insulted them as they insulted everyone who trusted them before. Today, they are trying to repeat the same scenario, but we know the truth: there is no security with the occupier, there is no dignity only with the unity and steadfastness of the Azawadis.
Sons of Azawad, do not be deceived by illusions, and do not bet on who has betrayed you again and again. The solution will not come from Bamako, but from the unity and steadfastness of our people. Victory is the ally of the one who defends his right, and not the one who demands justice from his oppressor.
Azawad lived free, its people lived united, glory to those who persevered and did not sell their dignity.
