A statement addressed to the Azawad and international public opinion regarding the circumstances surrounding the dismantling of a network of spies affiliated with the coup government’s security services in Bamako, through the arrest of some of its agents.

As part of the tireless and ongoing efforts to thwart and neutralize all enemy assets of the Bamako regime, the FLA intelligence services successfully discovered, infiltrated, and dismantled an espionage and sabotage cell operating on behalf of the Bamako junta.
The individuals arrested admitted to having transmitted a significant number of Azawad forces’ position coordinates to the enemy, with the aim of targeting them using drones.
They had also attempted to identify the location of prisoners Fama and Wagner held by the FLA.
To this end, they organized a large-scale attempt to bribe the guards for large sums of money.
Fortunately, the maneuver failed thanks to the patriotism and professionalism of the Front’s security forces, who had infiltrated the notorious espionage cell since its creation. Investigations are continuing to completely neutralize the members of this network.
Those arrested will be brought to justice as soon as the investigations are completed, to answer for their actions of collaborating with the enemy.
The Executive Bureau of the Azawad Liberation Front commends the remarkable work accomplished by its intelligence services and military forces, and calls on all the people of Azawad to redouble their vigilance and actively contribute to neutralizing the enemy’s hostile plans.

Security authorities in Azawad announced the dismantling of a dangerous spy cell operating on behalf of the Bamako regime. Its members were arrested on suspicion of involvement in attempts to target strategic sites under the Front’s control.
During investigation, the detainees confessed to their subversive intentions and hostile plans.
We salute the vigilance of our heroes and their continuous efforts to defend the security of the land and its people, and we express our confidence that those involved in this conspiracy will be held accountable and brought to justice.
