The Malian Armed Forces and their Russian mercenary Wagner auxiliaries targeted vehicles belonging to Mauritanian civilians near the border with Macina on 08\/01\/2025. The airstrikes caused the death of a child and several injuries, with nearby residents taking refuge on the Mauritanian side of the border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further, at least 13 civilians were killed<\/a> in the #Dioura and #Gargando sectors on january 2 and 4. The absuses committed by the criminal Wagner mercenairies, Fama and other terrorist groups have forced thousands of civilian people in Azawad and in Mali into exile, and M`Berra in Mauritania is one of the locations where refugees are gathered in the thousands.
