The Malian army and Wagner mercenaries arrived in the Ibdagan area of \u200b\u200bKidal and executed an elderly civilian Touareg named Moussa Ag Makhlouf. Further they also burnt civilian motorcycles and car as well as many looted properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are also reports of more civilians that has been killed on october 31st as well as reports of several deliberate bushfires by Malian and Wagner soldiers in the L\u00e9re area to make the inhabitants flee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
