On this April 11, 2023, the village of Zarho, located in the Timbuktu province, was the scene of a new series of flagrant human rights violations committed by Russian terrorists from the Wagner group and Fama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a brutal and coordinated attack, the Malian Armed Forces and mercenaries invaded the village on April 11, arresting 15 civilians, including elderly and young men, without any legal basis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, three other people were seriously injured by indiscriminate gunfire in residential areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
