Azawad air forces launched new air strikes by drones on the morning this friday, may 9, 2025, targeting a Malian army camp housing the Wagner Group in the region of L\u00e9r\u00e9. According to local sources the losses were heavy in both human and material losses. The first drone destroyed the drone station and the second Wagner headquarters. This is the second air strike since the strike on may 5th targeting the camp in Tessalit<\/a> where important military installations were destroyed, among them a Malian drone control unit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The political turmoil<\/a> and deteriorating security situation has escalated the insecurity in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
